operated. Equipment includes CNC machines and a full test laboratory with a spectrometer

Primary Materials
Cast Iron
Cast Iron Valves are manufactured from materials fully conforming to ASTM A126 Class B / BS EN 1561 EN-JL1040 / DIN GG25.
Ductile Iron
Ductile Iron Valves are manufactured from Ductile Iron conforming to ASTM A536 Gr. 65-45-12 / BS EN 1563
EN-JS1050 / DIN GGG40/50 for greater strength and improved resistance to internal pressures.
Seats and Seat Rings
Manufactured from bronze fully conforming to ASTM B62 C83600 / BS EN1982 CC491K, brass fully conforming to
ASTM B16 C36000 / EN CuZn39Pb3.
All physical and chemical characteristics are certified by in house testing equipment including a spectrometer


Installation and Operation
Flanges conform fully to ANSI B16.1 Class125 / ANSI B16.2 Class250 or EN1092-2 PN10/ PN16/PN25,
Mechanical joint ends conform to AWWA C111/ANSI A21.11
Other flange types are available for specific market requirements.
Grooved end valves are available with Metric and ANSI pipe grooved ends
Butterfly valves are designed for throttling service and are available in Wafer, Lug, Flanged and Grooved end
configurations.
Gate valves are recommended for infrequent service and are primarily designed as shut off valves. Not
recommended for throttling service.
Globe valves may be used for throttling services.
Check valves are used to prevent backflow of fluids and contamination of piping systems.
Strainers are available to ANSI and European standards.

Top Flanges on Butterfly Valves conform to ISO 5211/1

Valves should be inspected in accordance with local regulations or practice but not less than annually.
